This one was my third jam, this time I had another developer to help me out; the theme was “Bubble”.
We settled for a base defense type of game, in a way similar to “Red”, that old flash game, but also inspired by Dome Keeper.
The goal is to survive as long as possible in your oxygen bubble, if needed you can leave the bubble carrying some oxygen with you, and re-enter the base location later. If you don’t have enough oxygen when you choose to do so, your entire base will follow you.
All bubbles are completely independent from one another, all that matters is that you stay within one, as touching water will kill you. Remember: breathing consumes oxygen 🙂
